Presentation Overview
Leading Your Managers to Realize Their Potential will help you apply your management style to lead rather than push, understand the indicators that your leadership strategy is not working, and help define what you can do to overcome your worst nightmare in leading your team. We will use a variety of role playing scenarios to get these points across through group discussion.
