Mark Wilson, Managing Director of Wilson & Assoc., LLC is an accounting, and financial investigative
specialist with over twenty-five years of professional experience. He holds both a Certified Management
Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner designations. Mark has a MBA in Financial Management, a
Bachelor in Business Administration, and Bachelor of Accounting Science degrees. He has wide-ranging
experience in accounting and auditing, as well as in private industry, and has worked extensively
in the a areas of forensic accounting and fraud examination. He teaches accounting and financial
management at the university level and has lectured throughout the United States, Canada, and China.
He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners,
the Institute of Internal Auditors, the Washington Association of Legal Investigators, and the American
College of Forensic Examiners International. Mark is also a licensed private investigator in the
State of Washington.

About Oscar S. Lewis, PhD, MBA, CBM, Author & Educator
Oscar S. Lewis, PhD, MBA, CBM is an author, educator and corporate financial officer who spent much
of his career with large medical device manufacturers such as Johnson and Johnson, CooperVision,
William H. Rorer, and others. He spent time as Chief Financial Officer of a large international
holding company before joining a manufacturing start-up in Seattle. He has authored several articles
on risk management and internal controls, as well as taught at several colleges and universities
on finance and accounting. He has also spoken at national symposiums such as the Global Risk Management
Summit and the AICPA broadcast of ERM for small businesses. In 2002, he was selected as Financial
Executive of the Year in the Pacific Northwest by Accountants on Call. He currently serves on the
National Board of the Institute of Management Accountants.
