Summary:
Effective July 1, 2008, companies in Washington State must collect sales tax at the rate for the location where the customer receives the merchandise in WA, instead of at the rate for the seller's location as is required under current law. Please join us for a discussion of the "Streamlined Sales Tax Agreement", the change to destination-based sales tax sourcing, and the impact on WA consumers and businesses.
