Kristen Hoiby has worked for the Internal Revenue Service for almost 17 years. She began in the Seattle Toll-Free Call Site and more recently moved to the Small Business/Self-Employed Division as a Senior Stakeholder Liaison. Stakeholder Liaison is the IRS organization responsible for sharing information with Practitioners and Small Business Organizations and helping their members better communicate with the IRS. In May, Kristen was selected as the Area Manager for 8 states including those in the Pacific Northwest. Her presentation on Navigating IRS.gov takes a tour of the IRS web site with emphasis on the many easy to use tools available for businesses and tax professionals.
